Subsequently, a validation period will be processed (48 hours working days except Saturdays, Sundays and national and regional holidays of the Valencian Community and local Calpe), carried out by the PTRD team, during which documentation may be required with the objective of accrediting professional status. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

The commercial, contractual information and the communications with the Clients will be carried out in English, Spanish and Italian.

TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

The offers will be duly marked and identified as such, conveniently indicating the previous price and the price of the offer.

The sale of products will be international and the products will be sent to any valid postal address.

In case of unavailability of the product once the order has been placed, PTRD will notify the user via e-mail or by phone, agreeing with the latter on partial delivery if he had purchased more products or the cancellation of the order before shipping.

The refund of the money will be made within a maximum period of 7 business days.

PRICE AND VALIDITY TERM OF THE PRODUCTS

PTRD reserves the right to modify its prices, but the products are invoiced based on the existing rates at the time of validation of your purchase.

The client accepts that the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. As a consequence, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date of placing the order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, said final price will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process in advance and before the latter proceeds to formalize his acceptance of the purchase.

The prices indicated for each product include, if applicable, the Value Added Tax (VAT) and in any case will be expressed in the Euro currency (€).

In the prices indicated in the products, unless expressly indicated otherwise, they do not include shipping costs, shipping insurance or any other additional services and annexes to the product or service purchased.

BILLING

Any payment made to PTRD will lead to the issuance of an electronic invoice in the name of the customer who has proceeded to purchase a product.

Said invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the client in the registration process.

The client expressly consents through the acceptance of these general conditions to said remittance of the invoice electronically. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may revoke said consent at any time, by sending an email to PTRD to the address ptrdive.international@gmail.com, establishing in the subject "paper invoice" and indicating your desire to receive it in said Format.

WAY TO PAY

PTRD makes the following forms of payment available to the client:

1) By credit card. Through this means of payment, the customer will have to provide their Visa or Mastercard card number, the expiration date and their CVV number. In this case, your data will be encrypted and sent under a secure server to an official Sabadell payment gateway. This procedure does not provide the card number to PTRD

If, when placing an order by card, the customer receives an error, they can proceed to recover said order from their account. It must be taken into account that no product reservation is made until the payment is completed. If at the time of payment some PTRD references have been sold out, the customer will be notified by email or telephone to refund the amount paid and indicate the new shipping conditions.

3) Through PayPal: In order for the customer to be able to pay for their purchases through this system, they must have a PayPal account. It is essential that the shipping address matches the shipping address registered in your PayPal account. PTRD will only proceed to send the order to addresses registered in PayPal. This form of payment has an additional cost for commission expenses of 5% that said organization establishes for the use of its payment system and for order management.

4) Cash on delivery: Once the client places the order, PTRD will send it to the address established in the registry through a transport agency, who will charge at the time of delivery of the package to the CLIENT.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ORDERS

The product will be considered delivered to the client at the time it is available to the client and the reception of the product is signed by the transport/postal agency.

The delivery of the orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the client in the registration/purchase process once the payment has been executed and confirmed.

In no case will PTRD be responsible when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the client being false, inaccurate or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the entity that is in charge of the shipment. , as it is, the absence of the addressee.

PTRD makes all its shipments in a CERTIFIED and URGENT manner.

The delivery time is:

All orders have shipping insurance, the cost of which is assumed by PTRD.

In these periods, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in force in Spain will not be taken into account.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors that may arise, such as a snowfall that makes the journey difficult, a strike in the transport sector, poor channeling of the shipment by the agency, any failure that the agency may have when allocating the shipment. , theft of merchandise on the way, delays due to a puncture in the delivery car,... CLAIM FOR NON-DELIVERED ORDERS:

CANCELLATIONS

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ON DELIVERY

FORCE MAJEURE

None of the contracting parties will have any responsibility for any type of failure due to major causes. The termination of the contract will be postponed until the termination of the force majeure situation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost.

It is expressly reported that the return costs derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the consumer.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, with its complete original packaging and without damage.

The Law establishes a series of exceptions in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and that are expressly included in it in terms of consumers and users, among other exceptions the following is established:

APPLICABLE WARRANTIES

The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.

In the event that it is a company or professional and does not have the status of Consumer and User, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante (Spain).
